I am a second grade teacher at Truman Elementary. I have been teaching for twelve years.

I am committed to making this a busy, productive and terrific year for all of my students.
I hope to establish and maintain open lines of communication with all students and parents.
I am usually available both before and after school, and you are always welcome in our classroom.

I view homework as an extension and independent practice of classroom instruction, not a punishment or busy work. If your child experiences difficulty at ANY TIME with his/her homework, please do not hesitate to contact me.
